social-networking_110003874-012814-intWhen Sexual Assault Awareness Month (SAAM) comes around every April it becomes clear that communications are very important to sexual violence prevention and sexual health promotion work.  Join Rosemari Ochoa, a communications expert from Washington, DC to learn about keys to communications in part one of our two part podcast.  With a history in sexual health promotion work, she provides clear and relevant guidance on planning and using communications to promote sexual health and prevent sexual violence. Next month, in part two of the podcast, Rose will continue the discussion on communications as a prevention tool to impact social change.  During the podcast, Rose mentions both AIDS.gov and Vanguard Communication’s Purple Paper.

One response to “Preventing Sexual Violence: A communications approach, part 1”

  1. Rosemari mentions a plan “something.gov” and I can’t tell what she is saying. You say in the podcast that you’ll link it in the blog post, which I also can’t find. Is this the blog post? Where is the link? Thank you.
