Evaluating Sexual Violence Primary Prevention Programs: A Collaborative Approach Between State Health Departments and Prevention Contractors

Kira Luna from the Rape Crisis Center of Central New Mexico and Danielle Reed from the New Mexico Department of Health highlight the process of collaborative efforts between key stakeholders in evaluating sexual violence prevention programs. The presenters provide background about the prevalence of sexual violence in New Mexico, and share how they partnered to develop and implement an evaluation plan. They also discuss the successes and challenges of the evaluation plan during its pilot year.
