Announcing the 2017 PreventConnect Web Conference Series

PreventConnect is pleased to announce the 2017 series of web conferences, Towards Community Health and Justice. Our partners, Prevention Institute, and a variety of guests will join us to talk about the value of community level sexual and domestic violence prevention, strategies and opportunities for partnering with other sectors and movements, and how sexual and domestic violence prevention relates to health equity and multiple forms of violence. We will identify tools and resources to assist in your efforts to prevent sexual and domestic violence and build on conversations from our 2016 series. We look forward to the meaningful conversations that will advance our work to create healthy, thriving communities for all.

Below are the topics for 2017. More topics will be announced throughout the year, including PreventConnect Campus topics. All PreventConnect web conferences are held at 2pm Eastern (1pm Central, noon Mountain, 11am Pacific) unless noted otherwise.

  1. Do you have any more information regarding the January and February web conferences? Detailed summary, registration link, etc.?

  2. What link do you get on to join web conference or do you call in? Another question, do you have a place to register?

  3. Hi Kristin,

Registration will open for the May 23rd web conference tomorrow, May 3, 2017. Be sure you are on the PreventConnect mailing list so you get that registration announcement in your email. Otherwise, you can check back here tomorrow for the registration link.

    Thanks!

  4. Hi Ashley,

You can click on the hyperlink for the web conference you are interested in being a part of. It will take you to a page where you can either watch the recording (if the session has already happened) or where you can register for the web conference session.

    Thanks!

  5. Is there a CE certificate or proof of attendance document that we receive when we attend the webinar?
