Community mobilization and primary prevention
Community Mobilization and Primary Prevention is an intermediate-level course that teaches participants how to engage community members in sexual and domestic violence primary prevention efforts. It shares examples of successful community mobilization projects and walks through the steps to planning such projects.
Intended for those who have an understanding of foundational prevention concepts, this course guides learners through a lesson that includes a presentation and core community mobilization documents, offering opportunities to test one’s learning.
