10 Tangible Tips for Empowerment and Equity-Focused Evaluation

In this workshop, Kelly Moe Litke and Rose Hennessy from the Wisconsin Coalition Against Sexual Assault (WCASA) join Susan LaFlash from the Wisconsin Department of Health Services to share ways to incorporate empowerment and equity-focused technical assistance in evaluation.
The workshop also identifies tools and resources to assist in providing empowerment-focused evaluation and discusses methods that can make evaluation more focused on empowerment and equity.

This workshop was part of the 2015 National Sexual Violence Resource Center’s RPE Leadership Training. This training brought together representatives of state and territorial public health departments and state and territorial sexual violence coalitions to meet with leadership from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s Division of Violence Prevention.
