Violence against women online resource has a new look

The National Resource Center on Domestic Violence has released its’ newly redesigned VAWnet website. VAWnet is a comprehensive and easily accessible online collection of full-text, searchable materials and resources on domestic violence, sexual violence and related issues. With this redesign, it is even easier to find materials and resources. Whenever I am asked a question, I frequently first turn to VAWnet to find useful materials.

For example, in their sexual violence prevention section VAWnet has 3 special collections, 7 applied research papers, and 40 training tools among its 184 items.

As a national online resource center, VAWnet collaborates with CALCASA’s PreventConnect and the National Sexual Violence Resource Center. While PreventConnect provides the place for the  online conversation about prevention, VAWnet has an great online collection of materials and resources.

  1. Thanks, David! We are super excited about the newly designed site. The functionality is amazing, and we’ve got lots of great new features – including our very own news blog. 🙂 If your readers have any suggestions on how to further improve the site, we’d love to hear them!
